30-Night Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your MOGGD Sleep System. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact our support team and we'll make it right.

To request a refund under our 30-Night Guarantee, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase from moggd.com
  • Completion of our short customer feedback questionnaire

The questionnaire helps us understand how customers are using the product and allows us to continuously improve the MOGGD experience.

Limit one guarantee claim per customer.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for:

  • Customers who are unsatisfied within the 30-day guarantee period
  • Customers who haven't opened original packaging and the products are new and in box.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Orders submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by MOGGD Support.
